ABOUT
What's Essex really about?
Some people might think Essex is full of blonde bimbo's and Playboy men- but there is so much more to the people and places within the county.

There have been debates about the "Essex Girl" stereotype but it's time now to tackle the over riding stereotype of the county as a whole and to put pride and prominence into the culture and reality of the Anglo-Saxon county.

Essex has a population of 1,455,300 with 90.8% of it being White British according to the 2011 census, which is across a density of 420/km2 this is a substantial amount of people and space which makes you question- surely these stereotypes can’t really be accurate for everyone in Essex- or even half? Perhaps they aren’t really accurate at all?
