WHAT'S IT REALLY LIKE TO BE ON TOWIE?

James Bennewith, is also known as TOWIE favorite, Diags, a nickname given to him by his friend and co-star Joey Essex. 

The Only Way is Essex is a popular ITV reality show which began in 2008, showcasing the lives of people who live in Essex.  Diags made his first appearance in the show in the fourth series and has been in 220 episodes (that's more than Gemma Collins!).

Born and bred in Essex, James tells all about what it's really like being on TOWIE, and how that effects his view on what it's really like in Essex.
